Milestones and challenges during Pandemic

Interaction with students in a primary school at village, Jamalpur

During the pandemic, time world has changed a lot and it affected millions of lives in a severe way. Lower middle-class people and daily wage workers' lives have become worse in India. Though the government did its best to help the people and provided them free food, medical services but still educational support was not even there. Due to the loss of the job the affected families were not able to financially support the education of their children, hence putting children's future in the dark. The most affected students were from rural areas and small cities where jobs were completely perished because of pandemics.
Hence we have run the following initiative during the pandemic

1. Connect to grow: During this time our non-profit organization started to connect to grow the program. Under this initiative, we started making collaboration with other non-profit organizations working in the small cities and rural areas, to reach more students.
The first one is the Shuruwaat: Ek Jyoti Shiksha ki. With the help of this organization, we supported more than 10 children to submit their fees so that they do not drop themselves from school.

2. Tree plantation program: Secondly we made a collaboration with the Path Prasdhark Samiti (Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh) for a tree plantation program. The founder of Path Pradarshak, Rai Sahab initiated a project named "Peepal van". Under this initiative, we wanted to plant the trees by the students. We also made accountable students take care of the trees until they can grow without taking care of it. The motive behind this project is to increase the plantation in much-needed areas and to connect the upcoming generation with the environment. Hence battling against climate change.

3. Educational Videos: Being an expert in electrical and electronics, the founder of Motivate India Rural, Mangleshwar made short reels ( on Instagram) and videos on Facebook focusing on different areas. These small science and technology-related videos are created to raise awareness among young students. Until now there are more than 35 short videos and 5 long videos have been uploaded. So far more than it has more than 15,00 viewers across the different social media platforms. He also provides career counseling for young students who want to make their career in Science and state-of-the-art technology.

Challenges: We are a small organization and to run such kinds of projects in rural India we are facing the following problems
1. Pandemic: Due to the pandemic life of several people have changed as they lost their livelihood. But we would like to support their children. To support them we need more resources in terms of finance, infrastructure. We are already working on digital education and will implement it soon.
1. Beaurecracy: When we kick off any new project then we have to face problems with the local beaurecracy. Hence we have to keep fighting against it which cost us money as well as time. But we are determined and hence made changes on the ground level
2. Local people: It takes a lot of effort especially in rural areas to convince the parents of their children's education. Hence we are reaching door to door to solve this problem.

Support us: As we said, being a small organization we constantly need your support. You can support us in the following way
1. Financially: Kindly donate here so that we can reach more students
2. Infrastructure: If you have spare computers and laptops, then kindly write us. Our volunteer will pick it from the given address.

We can not make India a better place without having educational development in rural India. We Remember, we are just your voice and we want to make it stronger. Support us to make a change on the ground levels in rural India.

Thanking you:

Purpose of Motivation India-Rural

If we look around ourselves then we will find that students are losing the zeal to study and to become something in their li ves, especially in the rural area, which is the worst scenario as the majority of Indian population resides in these areas. Our aim is to 1. Encourage those students who live in rural areas and have the capability to do something but are lacking proper guidance . We want to help them to get on the right path through which they can achieve success in their lives. 2.Our second thought is about spending excessive money on the various institutes without knowing about what student wanted to do. They see that everyone is going there then we should also go, no, every institute is not right for everyone. Some students can study in large groups but some need a smaller group to catch on the teachings of the coach. So we want to help you in analyzing yourself before stepping under the roof of the coaching and spoiling the hard earned

Missed Encounters of Education of East and West - The Gaps through which the Global Peaks

Hello and Namaste! Having been on the staff list of our NGO for a long time, I now present the first of a series of articles to be placed on a global, yet so very closed plane of communicative activity: Slumbering in a den of iniquity, literally where one is told not to look, should not look because that would amount to a sense of inappropriateness to the “cultured” self. The question of placement of these publications is important due to the kind of work we pursue: On a greater scale, we are motivated to make education accessible to those, who do not possess the possibility of acquiring it due to a variety of socio-economic factors, placing them at the further end of the receiving chain. This seemingly noble endeavour that everyone can nod their head to opens up a space of issues that can best be formulated in sets of questions. Each article will centre around one of these questions chosen, the first one being: “And after?”. By today’s global standard, education has acquired
